Use Card Images in Posts

We just set up a new feature to use a nice set of playing card images in posts.
Instead of describing poker hands by writing something like "AsKh", display the cards in a graphical way
by prefixing the cards with a ':'.
You must use a capital letter for ace, king, queen, jack and ten; and use a lowercase letter for the suit.
Examples:
:Ad will display 
- Ace of Diamonds
:Kc will display 
- King of Clubs
:Qs will display 
- Queen of Spades
:Jh will display 
- Jack of Hearts
:Th will display 
- Ten of Hearts (use a "T", not "10")
:9s will display 
- 9 of Spades
:8c will display 
- 8 of Clubs
:2d will display 
- 2 of Diamonds
:bk will display 
- the back side of the card
:Ad :Kc :Qs :Jh :Td will display
